I wanted to compliment the customer service provided by Connie when I made my initial contact. They answered many of my questions about Companions Dog Resort services. Then followed up to make sure my questions had been answered. It was suggested that I make an appointment with TJ Smith to discuss my concerns about our dog. I made the appointment. Because we live quite a ways from Boise and our dog does not travel well, TJ called me at home. After I described some of the issues, TJ offered several suggestions for me to try. I was quite impressed with his ideas and his concern for our dog’s fear of traveling. I am working with our dog as TJ suggested, and I will follow up with him as we move forward. I must compliment everyone with whom I had contact because I sensed a sincere commitment to the services that they provide. The staff was very cordial and went the extra mile (in my opinion) to insure all of my questions and needs were met. I really appreciate their professionalism and dedication to their work. My first experience with Companions Dog Resort was excellent, and I will not hesitate to recommend others to contact CDR. I definitely want to stay in touch as we work with our dog and her fears. Thanks again for the great service!
